EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
COLD SPRING
PT Aide, full-time days. Perform all duties related to collection of registration data & scheduling. Provide clerical support and perform a wide range of tasks necessary to facilitate the smooth functioning of physical and occupational therapy.

General Kitchen Worker, per diem positions.
EDUCATION
Performance Improvement Assistant, RN, part-time days. Responsible for working with the Standards Coordinator for data entry, analysis, development, initiation and ongoing implementation of programs designed to promote compliance with established Standards of Practice and Standards of Care.
ENGINEERING
Mechanic II, full-time 8a - 4p. Responsible for performing a variety of engineering and plant maintenance functions to provide for efficient operation of the physical plant and hospital campus and satellite locations. Must have strong electrical skills.
Painter/Carpenter, full-time temporary position. Responsible for variety of carpentry and painting functions necessary to maintain the physical appearance of the hospital and its affiliations.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Housekeeping, full-time & part-time positions, 7a-3p & 10a-6p, positions work every other weekend.
Manager, full-time, Responsible for work activities of a busy housekeeping department.
FOUNDATION
Director, Coordinates all phases of annual giving programs, direct mail, and research under the supervision of the Executive Director.
LABORATORY
EKG, per diem, every other Sunday 7a-3p and every other Thursday 7a-3p.
Histology Assistant, per diem. Clerical duties in Histology department; picking up specimens, logging and other duties as needed.
Lab Tech I, part-time positions available. Perform venipuncture on inpatients and outpatients. Perform clerical duties as required.
Med Tech, per diem.
MLT, full-time 6a- 2p and part-time.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Computer Operator, per diem. Respond to requests from users for assistance with systems or applications problems. Provide immediate assistance when possible or routes calls to specialists. Provides switchboard relief for lunch and breaks.
Help Desk Operator, per diem. Cover the Help Desk as well as the switchboard. Also covers the evenings data shift and run backup and provide PC support.
Switchboard Operator, part-time 3p - 11p., every weekend. Answer calls at switchboard and responds to emergencies.
Administrative Application Analyst, full time days. Responsible for providing Cerner implementation and post go-live support for the HIM Dept. Also provides backup support for Registrations Applications.
MRI
Technologist, per-diem. Responsible for operating MRI equipment, performing exams, and images in accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures to obtain diagnostic information.
NUCLEAR MEDICINE
Stress Tech, per diem.
PATIENT ACCOUNTS
Supervisor, full-time 8:30a - 4:30p. Oversee 10-12 staff members responsible for insurance billing and follow up. Work with staff and providers reps to insure proper reimbursement on all accounts. Good customer service and follow up techniques required.
Billing Representative, full-time days. Process daily claims in a timely and accurate fashion (as assigned) and identify problems and weaknesses so they may be addressed. Monitor accuracy of information from registration areas. Follow up on open accounts with patients and insurance companies for payment.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Therapist, full-time, T, W, Th 12:30p-8:30p and F, & Sa 9a-5p. Part-time evenings preferred. Direct patient care, provide one on one therapy to patients.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Core Measure Coordinator, RN/LPN, full-time days. Responsible for reviewing Core Measure Medical Records for inpatients and outpatients.
RADIOLOGY
Receptionist, per diem. Perform all responsibilities related to the services provided through reception including greeting and assisting customers, answering the telephones, using the PACS/HIS/RIS information systems to register, charge and prepare customers.
RESPIRATORY CARE
Respiratory Therapist, per diem. Responsible for patients receiving respiratory care as ordered by physician, and all other duties.
SECURITY
Security Officers, per diem. Responsible for providing a safe hospital environment. Must have a New York State Security Guard Certification.
