Often called the "silent disease" osteoporosis usually progresses without any symptoms until it is diagnosed following a bone fracture. One out of every 8 men over the age of fifty will suffer a bone frature as a result of osteoporosis.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
Is a multi-disciplinary program of care for patients with cardiovascular impairment, which focuses on restoring and maintaining the patient's optimal physical, psychological, social, emotional health. The goal of the program is to enhance cardiovascular fitness, improve patient's risk factor profile and educate the patient and family about coronary artery disease.

A multi-disciplinary program of care for patients with chronic respiratory impairment. It is individually tailored and designed to optimize physical and social performance and restore patients to their highest level of independent function.
