Hudson Valley Hospital Center Wins First Westchester Hospital Cup Trophy

Hospital employees were un-BEAT-able in fundraising effort 

Cortlandt Manor, NY… Hudson Valley Hospital Center (HVHC) is proud to announce it recently was named winner of the first Westchester Heart Walk Hospital Cup trophy presented by The American Heart Association.  HVHC beat the nine other hospitals in the county who were participating in the quest for the Hospital Cup.  The Heart Association awarded the trophy to the hospital that scored the most points based on a formula, which included number of participants and amount of money raised.  In total, 110 walkers from Hudson Valley Hospital Center hit the trail at Kensico Dam for the 3-mile walk. The Hospital had more walkers than ever before and raised nearly $14,000.
